The exact scope of each service is determined by the selected package, product description, or separate agreement with the client.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be confirmed and payment completed before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment is required according to the selected package, product, or agreed quotation.
• ProPixeling may pause work if payment has not been completed.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional payment.

4. Digital Products

Some products available through ProPixeling are delivered digitally, including software license keys and other digital products.

• Digital products are delivered electronically.
• Delivery may occur automatically after successful payment.
• The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address.
• The customer is responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase.

For license keys, the applicable license type, validity, activation method, and other product-specific conditions are stated on the relevant product page.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Different rules may apply to digital products and customized creative services. By purchasing a product or service, the customer acknowledges the applicable refund conditions.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates may be affected by client delays, missing materials, revision requests, technical issues, or other circumstances outside ProPixeling's reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all materials, information, instructions, and approvals required to complete the project.

The client must also ensure that any materials supplied to ProPixeling do not infringe the rights of third parties and may be legally used.

9. Client Delays

If the client does not provide the required materials, feedback, or approval within a reasonable period, the project timeline may be extended.

Where a project remains inactive for an extended period due to the client, ProPixeling may close or cancel the project subject to the applicable refund and cancellation policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final commissioned work is transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

ProPixeling retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal tools, templates, techniques, source files, and other intellectual property that was not specifically created as part of the client's commissioned work.

11. Portfolio & Showcase

ProPixeling may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client has requested confidentiality or otherwise agreed with ProPixeling.

12. Limitation of Liability

ProPixeling will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

ProPixeling may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
