1. Creative Services

Because our creative services require the reservation of time, resources, and personnel specifically for each project, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the status of the project.

• Before work begins: A cancellation and refund may be considered where applicable, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
• Once work has started: Orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as time, resources, and personnel have been allocated to the project.
• After the service has been completed: Refunds are not provided simply because the customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.
• If a service has not been provided in accordance with the agreed requirements or applicable legal standards, ProPixeling will work with the customer to correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

2. Digital Products & License Keys

Digital products, including software license keys, are delivered electronically and may be delivered immediately after payment.

• A valid digital product or license key that matches its description is generally non-refundable after delivery.
• If a digital product or license key is invalid, defective, or materially different from what was advertised, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

3. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.
